Water will soften the feces and make its movement easier. For a really effective internal colon cleanse you will need to stay away from dairy and meat products. Avoid any kind of heavy food as it takes more time for digestion. Along with keeping a watch on what you eat you will also need to exercise regularly. The right food and exercise will cleanse your colon quite well.
